Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for perfume products. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.

Damage & Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective or a wrong product, please inspect it carefully upon receipt and contact our customer service team immediately within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
